Project Overview

Toshali Royal View was a commercial project in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, where Chandigarh Buildtech undertook a comprehensive scope of construction and finishing works. Covering 150,000 sq. ft., the project involved multiple areas of execution, requiring our team to coordinate across a wide range of requirements. Our scope included civil, electrical, façade, plumbing, firework, flooring, furniture, paint job, and MS fabrication. From core construction work to the various finishing and associated requirements, we were entrusted with a broad scope that contributed to bringing the project together. Completed in 2008, Toshali Royal View forms part of our commercial project portfolio. The project reflects our experience in managing comprehensive scopes across commercial construction and delivering work across multiple disciplines as entrusted to us.
