Balaji Tower

Project Overview

Balaji Tower was a commercial project in Mohali, Punjab, where we undertook a comprehensive scope of construction and finishing works. With 30,000 sq. ft. of project area, the development required our team to manage a range of interconnected requirements. Our scope covered civil, electrical, façade, plumbing, firework, flooring, furniture, paint job, and MS fabrication. Having responsibility across these different areas allowed us to coordinate multiple aspects of the project as part of our execution. Completed in 2019, Balaji Tower adds to our commercial portfolio in Mohali. The project reflects our experience in handling diverse construction and finishing requirements within a commercial development and our commitment to delivering the scope entrusted to us.
