Project Overview

Atul Fastner is an ongoing industrial project in Mohali, Punjab, entrusted to Chandigarh Buildtech for a range of construction and associated works. The project covers a 40,000 sq. ft. plot, with our scope including civil and fabrication, plumbing, and electrical works. As the project progresses, our team is focused on coordinating these different areas of work as part of the overall execution. The combination of civil and fabrication, plumbing, and electrical requirements allows us to bring together multiple aspects of industrial construction within a single project. The project is currently ongoing and is scheduled for completion in December 2026.
