Project Overview

Bio Deal was an industrial project in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, where Chandigarh Buildtech was entrusted with a comprehensive range of construction and finishing works. With a project area of 90,000 sq. ft., the development required coordination across multiple areas of execution. Our scope included civil, electrical, façade, plumbing, firework, flooring, furniture, paint job, and MS fabrication. Bringing these different requirements together within one project allowed our team to manage a wide-ranging scope while maintaining focus on the work entrusted to us. Completed in 2013, Bio Deal forms part of our industrial project portfolio in Baddi. The project reflects our experience in undertaking industrial developments with diverse construction and finishing requirements and delivering the complete scope with a coordinated approach.
